Dr. Endo's staff gave me a friendly greeting and a warm smile. Then one of his friendly and knowledgeable staff members guided me through a series of tests. After a short wait in a comfortable and well-furnished waiting room, Dr. Endo conducted my eye examination smoothly and comfortably. His explanations were thorough, and he has a knack of making you feel confident and at ease. At the end of the examination, he walked me back to the reception staff where I received more warm smiles and friendly goodbyes. What a pleasant experience.

Eye appt. went well. Had to wait about 20 minutes cause it was pretty busy that morning. Technicians conducted my eye tests on the various machines and were very professional. Met with Doctor Endo who went over my eye tests and eye photos. I've been going to Dr. Endo for over 20 years. He is very thorough and answers all my questions. Great staff, and location is 5 to 10 minutes away.

Spent 2 hours on this appointment. Dr Endo was training someone at the time hence the extended time, otherwise normally would be in and out of there within the hour. Got what I needed to be done, staffing is really great and easy to work with. Tyra was extremely helpful in getting my glasses picked and ordered. Definitely would recommend my family and friends.
